Marcella McColl, CPA

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Marcella McColl, CPA is a Fractional CFO & Strategic Advisor with more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across venture capital, private equity, hedge funds, and alternative investment firms. She partners with founders, investment managers, and executive teams to build scalable financial and operational infrastructure, supporting firms through fundraising, growth, and institutionalization.

Prior to her advisory work, Marcella served in executive leadership roles including Partner, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer for a number of emerging and established investment firms. Throughout her career, she has led finance, operations, compliance, investor relations, valuations, treasury, strategic planning, and risk management functions while working closely with founders, general partners, and institutional investors. She has extensive experience building infrastructure from the ground up, scaling organizations, and implementing the processes and governance needed to support long-term growth.

Marcella is a licensed California Certified Public Accountant and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Accounting, magna cum laude, from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University.
